And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.    – Mark 4:35 -37   There is something good and beautiful on the other side that made Jesus want his disciple to crossover to “the other side” with him. The devil knew that Jesus had a good plan for his disciples and so he did not want them to get to the other side. So, he caused a great storm to arise. His plan was to stop them from enjoying their purposed divine blessing. Thank God who by his superior power calmed the tempest of the sea.
