THE EAGLE CHRISTIAN (2)

The Eagle Plunges into the Storm The eagle has to take that big leap off the edge of the cliff in order to be able to fly and soar on those wind thermals. If the eagle does not take flight on those wind thermals when they do come up on him, he will forever stay perched and he will die on the cliff due to starvation. In the same way, if we do not take flight on the Holy Spirit and the divine call that God has placed on our lives, our lives will perish right before our very eyes, as the Bible tells us that God ’ s people will perish without having His specific vision for their lives. Sooner or later, every single Christian will have to make that big choice for their lives. Who will they decide to serve and follow in this life? Christians must learn to plunge into the challenges of life in faith riding on the wings of the Holy Spirit. There might never be a turbulent free time. If a believer keeps waiting, he might wait forever without finding and completely calm season to l

THE EAGLE CHRISTIAN (1)

I will list, one by one, the main qualities and traits of the eagle, along with giving you the basic analogy of it's life and how it pertains to a christian.. 1. The Basic Analogy of The Eagle  The first thing you need to know about eagles so you can fully understand what the basic gist of this analogy is all about is exactly how they are able to fly, with most of it being on how they are able to soar without actually flapping their wings. I am sure most of you have seen videos and documentaries of eagles soaring high up in the sky without actually flapping their wings. Their wings are spread straight out and they are literally soaring with perfect ease on the wind currents.

WHAT A GREAT GOD

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable – Psalm 145:3 It will very difficult if not impossible for anyone to comprehensively and accurately say how great our God is. Psalm 145:3 says His greatness is unsearchable, meaning that it cannot be described, fully explained or comprehended. Man can only talk about the greatness of God based on what He has seen God do. However, the Bible gives us several accounts of His greatness. Our God is Great Enough To Create The Earth (Genesis 1:1-26) – Our God is the only Creator that is not created. He made the entire universe. By words of His mouth, He spoke into existence everything that is on the surface of the earth. That is how great He is. Our God is Almighty – This means that He is stronger than every power and authority in the universe. He is not only stronger than them but they are all subject to Him. Our God is therefore great enough to send the entire universe on an errand. And I s

THE THREE DIMENSIONS OF GOD’S PRESENCE

The presence of God is manifested in three dimensions. An understanding of these three will help our knowledge of the dynamics of God’s presence. These three dimensions of God’s presence are; His omnipresence, His indwelling presence and His manifest presence.

2014: YOUR YEAR OF A NEW SONG

“He brought me up also out of an horrible pit out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth even praise unto our God, many shall see it, and fear and shall trust in the LORD.” – Psalm 40:2-3 Hallelujah! Glory to God Who has led us safely into 2014. He never allowed the cold arms of death to take us in 2013. The Psalmist in the above scripture declared that God delivered him from dangers, challenges and failures and so has put a new song in his mouth. Indeed God has delivered us. In this year, I have an assurance in my spirit that God will put a new song in your mouth by the reason of the miracles He would work in your life in Jesus name. He brought you into 2014 for two reasons. First is to establish and flood your life with signs and wonder. I have a reinforced assurance that in this year, you will experience mighty miracles in your life. Miracles that will cause people around to celebrate the God you serve.

WELCOME TO 2014

A nd it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,   And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets. And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship. Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.    And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.   And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus

PACKAGED FOR EXPLOITS

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits - Daniel 11:32  (KJV) From the Bible passage above, it is crystal clear that if there are people who should be doing exploits, they are those that do know their God .   The passage says they that know their God shall be strong and do exploit. It means that the secret to receiving divine strength (physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally) and doing exploit is in knowing God . What does it then mean to know God?
